All fees will be used for providing events or trainings. Some to cover the cost of server and apps needs.
Termination / withdrawal
Participation is voluntary. Members, participants, or affiliated organisations may withdraw at any time, in accordance with the applicable statutes or internal rules.
Withdrawal does not affect obligations that arose before the withdrawal date, including confidentiality, intellectual property, and compliance with applicable EU and Luxembourg laws.
Any personal data will be handled in accordance with GDPR and Luxembourg data protection rules. Data will be retained only as long as legally or operationally necessary and will be deleted or anonymised when no longer required.
To formally notify termination or withdrawal, a written notice must be sent by email to contact@openehr.lu, with the subject line “Termination / Withdrawal Notice”.
Following withdrawal, access to shared platforms or resources may be limited or removed to ensure security and proper operation of the organisation.

Data protection
Check privacy policy page. But in short we do not share your data. Your data is used for Mailchimp (newsletter – name, email) and membership (name, email, phone, work title).
We do not have a Data Protection Officer (DPO) as we do not collect sensitive data on a large scale. At the time of writing, no memberships are available.
